Green energy?

Could anyone give me information or tell me where I could get information on green energy such as, what is green energy, why do we need to enfoce it etc. It is for a geography project. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

1. wind, wave neculear, sun, generator fitted to a hampster wheel all green energy as is burning wood not coal. geo thermal, hydro elec. None give out carbon dioxide except burning wood, but that absorbs more than it realeases so go for it kid, strike that match without any fear of a polar bear going sploosh.
