I want to make wind energy but i dont have anybody to help me make wind energy together.So im looking for inestors that would invest together with me.

1. Get a list of venture capitalists, Put together a GOOD business plan, and send a copy to all of them until someone sticks.
2. send me first a business plan. especially its ROI
